A 50% advance payment is required before the start of any project.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid before transferring the website to the client’s domain and server.
2. Project Hosting & Ownership
The website will be developed on our server.
Ownership and transfer of the website will only occur once full payment has been received.
3. Additional Work
Any additional pages, functionalities, or features not included in the initial quotation or project scope will incur extra charges.
A new estimate will be provided for such work before implementation.
4. Revisions
Each project includes up to 3 revisions.
Additional revisions will either be charged separately or negotiated based on scope.
5. Major Redesign Requests
If the client requests a complete redesign of the website after the first revision, this may be treated as a new project with revised pricing.
6. Price Adjustments for Redesigns
In case of redesign or major structural changes, the project price may change depending on the new requirements.
7. Post-Launch Support
After project completion, clients will receive 3 months of free technical support (bug fixes, error handling, server-related issues).
The free support does not include adding new pages, blogs, features, or other enhancements. These will be billed separately.
Note: The 3 months free support does not apply to Shopify projects. For Shopify, ongoing support/maintenance is billed separately.
8. Client Communication & Project Abandonment
If the client becomes unresponsive for 30 consecutive days without prior notice or valid reason, the project will be considered cancelled.
The project files will be permanently deleted from our server.
As time, effort, and resources have already been invested, the advance payment will not be refunded.
9. Timeline & Delays
We will provide an estimated timeline for project completion.
Delays caused by the client (e.g., late submission of content, unresponsive communication) may extend the timeline without affecting payment schedules.
10. Content Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing all necessary text, images, and content unless otherwise agreed.
We are not responsible for copyright issues arising from client-provided materials.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, the client will own the website design and content.
However, we may showcase the completed project in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
12. Third-Party Services
Any third-party costs (hosting, plugins, themes, licenses, payment gateways, etc.) are the responsibility of the client, unless explicitly included in the quotation.
